Spotlighting women’s mental health in the south Asian community with a focus on BPD

  • Our voice

Bringing about change is an uncomfortable process, but the only way to be an advocate is to use your voice. Together, we will take action so our truths can be told. My content spotlights South Asian mental health, inspiring appreciation for multifaceted experiences and identities.

  • Womanhood and Wellness

I am many things: silent is not one of them. My vision is for cultural and global prioritization of women’s mental health. Through cogent advocacy, I am determined to show my South Asian counterparts that “she” is worth more than her stereotypical societal role. I raise my voice so the world can hear her.

  • Borderline Personality Disorder

Within the past year, I have been reading and learning that BPD is often misdiagnosed or those suffering from this illness are written off by therapists as too difficult to treat. I am strongly against this point and will stand to raise awareness of this mental health condition. What is BPD?

Seva (my service): As a women’s mental health advocate in the South Asian community, I aim to use my podcast and Instagram content to create resources and forums to bring about educational resources, and promote intergenerational healing. Furthermore, Borderline Personality Disorder is highly misunderstood, and each day I strive to allow those suffering from it to feel supported and respected.
